Kalasi Cellars

Located just four miles from the Cotton Gin Village on the north side of Fredericksburg, Kalasi Cellars offers a welcoming and distinctive wine experience that blends Texas charm with Indian heritage. Founded by winemakers Nikhila Narra and Greg Davis, the winery reflects their passion for crafting exceptional, estate-grown wines. Nikhila, a first-generation Indian-American and Texas Tech–trained viticulturist, oversees the vineyards and winemaking, while Greg, focuses on the business side of the operations. Together, they produce elegant, small-lot wines that showcase Texas terroir. Kalasi Cellars is best known for its bold Tempranillo, Sangiovese, and Malbec, as well as aromatic whites like Malvasia & Albarino. Visitors can enjoy guided tastings, learn about sustainable winemaking practices, and relax on the scenic patio overlooking the vineyards. The experience combines world-class wine, cultural authenticity, and genuine Hill Country hospitality.

House Tip: While all the wines are outstanding, we suggest you try the Re d’Italia Reserve which happens to pair perfectly with the Magic Mushroom appetizer at the Cabernet Grill.
